Classes help you learn. Socials give you a place to use it. Our weekly socials are designed to help students practice, meet people, and feel more comfortable on the dance floor.
Latin Thursdays
Salsa or Bachata, rotating weekly. 8:00 to 8:45 is class, then the floor opens for social dancing. Whether you’re a member or just want to try it out, this is the easiest way to see what social dancing actually feels like.

Fridays
Line dancing, 8:00 to 8:45 class, social dancing after. Boots optional, good time guaranteed. First time? That’s most of the room.

Who can join?
Everyone 16+ is welcome! Whether you’re stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or looking for a fun night out, Latin Thursdays and Country Fridays are open to all experience levels.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes you can move in. For Latin Thursdays, we recommend shoes with a smooth, non-marking sole. Country boots are absolutely welcome on Country Fridays! Please avoid wet outdoor shoes or heavy-tread footwear, as they can damage our dance floor.
Is parking available?
While we don’t have private parking, there are several Green P lots and street parking options just a short walk from the studio.
What if I'm running late?
Please arrive on time. To ensure everyone gets the most from the lesson, doors close 5 minutes after class begins, and late entry isn’t permitted. Once the lesson finishes, the dance floor opens for the social portion of the evening.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes. You’ll need a free Beach Ballroom account to reserve your spot or purchase a drop-in pass. Creating an account only takes a minute—simply click Book Now to get started.
Do I need a partner?
No partner? No problem. Most guests come on their own, and we rotate partners during the lesson so everyone gets a chance to dance and meet new people. You’re always welcome to attend with a partner or a group of friends.
