Is this suitable for complete beginners?

Absolutely. Most of our students have never danced before. Our beginner courses are designed to take you from your very first step to dancing confidently in a fun, supportive environment.

No. Most students attend on their own, and we rotate partners throughout class so everyone has the opportunity to learn and meet new people. You’re also welcome to register with a partner if you prefer.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Flat shoes with a smooth sole are ideal for your first class. No special dance shoes are required to get started.

Life happens! If you miss a class, speak with your instructor and we’ll help you catch up so you can continue progressing with the group whenever possible.

Yes! Once you’ve completed your beginner course, you’ll have the option to continue into the next level, join our weekly social classes, or book private lessons to progress even faster.

Our beginner courses run for four consecutive weeks, with one class each week. Each lesson builds on the previous one, helping you develop confidence and consistency.
