Welcome to Bethany Spiers' vibrant world of expertise! As a registered kinesiologist, Bethany merges her love for science, music, and weightlifting into a holistic approach to health and fitness. Armed with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, she brings a deep understanding of human movement and rehabilitation strategies to her practice.

Meet Norman, the heartwarming Customer Relations Director at Beach Ballroom. Known throughout the community as a beloved local celebrity, Norman is a spotty dachshund with an irresistibly waggy tail and a charming knack for giving the perfect side eye. His love for belly rubs is only surpassed by his passion for overseeing our classes, where he particularly enjoys the faster dances that complement his shorter legs.
